It’s easy. We offer an all-in-one solution from the start – this includes your time and attendance tracking needs, rostering, setting up your company accounts, handling online employee timesheets and data, and transferring the data to your payroll ready for pay. CleverTime is software-hardware-support all in one!
We charge as follows:
- One-off set-up fee – this applies to all customers and covers the system set-up and user training.
- Monthly rental – monthly fees vary, based on the functions your business needs. The monthly subscription fee covers the use of the biometric time clocks. We start with a minimum block of 10 employees and increase incrementally by blocks of 10 employees onwards.
- Free features – use of the CleverGo and CleverKiosk apps for time and attendance tracking is free!
In short, no!
We offer our complete solution as a service and maintain the system for you with an affordable monthly subscription fee.
What we offer is different to what you may see on online stores, where they only sell you the time clocks and no service, or anything else.
Yes. Every customer must sign up for a 12-month roll-over contract, but we are flexible in accommodating our customers’ needs. Talk to our consultant about your needs.
Yes, every business is different. The CleverTime system is tailored to suit your business needs and requirements. We also offer different pricing plans for multi-sites, bigger organizations, and cooperatives.
